JOB DESCRIPTION

Currently,we are seeking for some TP Junior with the SOW as follows:
We are searching for TransferPricing juniors who are supposed to assist our team in transfer pricing engagements and other relatedactivities as a member of the client service team. Our main activities mayinclude:
• Participateactively in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess clients’transfer pricing matters
• Advise onTransfer Pricing planning and review Transfer Pricing models
• Assist in allother aspects of Transfer Pricing assignments such as Transfer Pricing defenseassistance or Advance pricing agreements (APAs)
• Summarize andprepare Transfer Pricing report.
• Prepare theTransfer Pricing documentation; Review global/ regional Transfer Pricingdocumentation
• Analyse clients’financial situation, functions and risks, business cycle, and perform TransferPricing adjustments
• Perform market studiesand industry research for benchmarking and price setting

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates for the position of TransferPricing juniors need to fulfil the following criteria:
• Project and timemanagement skills
• Strong MS Excel skills,and familiar with Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Wordand Power Point)
• Knowledge or havingexperience with transfer pricing is a big plus.
• Additional knowledge oninternational taxes, accounting basis, auditing or finance is a plus.
• University degree inAccounting, Finance or economic related subjects
• Detail orientation
• Good command of English,especially writing skills
