JOB DESCRIPTION

In charge of contacting customers for logistics arrangement.
Perform tasks relating to the common goals of the company.
In charge of organizing cooking class, coffee class and assigning jobs to staff.
Sending recipes, asking for reviews and responding to customers reviews.
Solve all problems that happened before, during and after the class.
In charge of responding to customer’s enquiry for Rose Kitchen- Cooking Class and Coffee Class – Su Quan.
Excellent communication and customer sense.
Perform other duties as required by Operation Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and oral).
Customer oriented mindset.
At least 01 – 03 years working experience.
Ability to withstand pressure
Able to start working as soon as possible.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Have experienced in Operation, Customer Care, Hospitality, Tourism is a plus.

BENEFITS

Paid 12 days off per year according to Vietnam Labor Law and a free day off with fully- paid salary on your birthday
Health insurance and other benefit will be offer according to Vietnam Labor Law.
Base salary: 12,000,000 VND – 15,000,000 VND
Company vacations and motivation activities (tea breaks, intimate parties, etc.)
Salary review once per year (depend on Company business and staff working performance).

Be in charge tasks assigned by Operation Department
Be the main person in charge from the very first to the utterly last moment of a cooking class or food tour: Guest pick- up, local market tour, cooking & guiding, even showing our foreign guests how to properly enjoy Vietnamese foods

REQUIREMENTS

What does a typical workshop class at Sử Quán Roastery look like? Guests are picked up by Culture Storyteller at their hotels&039; lobby (or any other arranged place in Hanoi Centre) Culture Storyteller instructs guests to make 5 Vietnamese types of coffee Everyone enjoys the work of their labor
What does a typical cooking class at Rose Kitchen look like? Guests are picked up by Culture Storyteller at their hotels&039; lobby (or any other arranged place in Hanoi Centre) Guests follow Culture Storyteller to a local market nearby to shop for the cooking ingredients and get to know Vietnamese shopping culture Culture Storyteller instructs guests to cook assigned Vietnamese dishes Everyone enjoys the work of their labor
