JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct user research to empathize with and understand the users&039; problems
Collaborate with different teams (Customer support team, Designers, and Development team) to ideate possible solutions to meet the user’s needs.
Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
Provide solutions to improve the product (including functionality and UI- UX tasks)
Create, organize, and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user flows, and feature specifications
Process competitor research and market research to keep up with changes and trends within the SEO field.
Assist in defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Have a strong understanding of user interactions and user interface design
Strong research skills to explore user and market insight
Proficiency in Google Analytics, familiarity with metric analytics, and other marketing tools are highly preferred.
Experience in SEO is a plus.
Translate data findings into insights that drive product innovation, customer retention, and marketing impact
Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills to decide the best solution for new product features or improvements
At least 1 year of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong mindset for product development (especially Saas products)
Strong communication skills to cooperate with other departments within the organization
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast- paced environment
