JOB DESCRIPTION

Participating in training with a view to professional development.
Completing and administration related to teaching
Maintaining teaching standards in line with SIMPace standards and observation forms.
Preparing for lessons and teaching according to the education needs, abilities and achievements of the individual students or groups of students;
Planning and preparing high- quality IELTS classes
Providing study practice opportunities for students in coordination with lesson outcomes and teacher expectations.
Class observation.
Maintaining discipline amongst students under one’s care and safeguarding their health and safety at all times.
Report monthly or quarterly about the status of the teaching development.
Teaching classes assigned at one or multiple schools/centers.
Marking mock tests upon request.
Assessing, recording and reporting students’ progress
Providing feedback to students based on their needs and expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

Deep knowledge of the IELTS exam.
Receptive feedback and willingness to undertake professional development
A great deal of energy and enthusiasm
University Degree
At least 1 year in a team leader role
Clear accent and pronunciation
Well- developed presentation, instruction and communication skills.
Minimum of 7.5 on the IELTS exam
At least 2 year experience in teaching IELTS
