JOB DESCRIPTION

- Other internal support if required
- Cooperate with relevant parties (Dev, SA/BA, AM, …) if needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the ERP modules
- Accurately record, track, and update support cases in the internal case management system in a timely manner
- Provide timely and effective support to clients using the ERP software via email/phone
- Proactively escalate complex bugs and unresolved issues to a higher level to handle customer&039;s issues promptly

REQUIREMENTS

- Preferably graduated from FTU, NEU, DAV, ULIS, HANU, TMU, AOF, BAV
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Analytical and problem- solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age: 20- 24
- No experience required; full on- the- job training will be fully provided
- Fresh graduates or final- year students awaiting graduation are encouraged to apply
- Great opportunity to learn about ERP systems and basic IT knowledge
