HR Internship:
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our People &Culture (P&C) team. As a People & Culture Intern, you will jointhe working team to plan and implement P&C- related projects and initiatives.This internship offers a valuable opportunity to apply your academic knowledgein Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources to real- world scenarios withinthe fast- paced real estate industry in a dynamic, multi- cultural environment.
JobResponsibilities:
Learning &Development· Assist inorganizing training programs and courses, including but not limited tocollecting participant registrations, maintaining training records, preparingreports, researching training vendors, coordinating logistics, and ensuringsmooth delivery of classes or workshops.· Support on monitoringthe effectiveness and smooth running of training sessions and promptly communicatingany issues or feedback to P&C members in charge. Support the preparation oftraining materials, participant communications, attendance tracking, andpost- training evaluation surveys.· Liaise with localuniversities to initiate partnerships, supporting internship programs, campusengagement activities, and the development of a sustainable talent pipeline.Employer Branding· Assist in preparing and coordinating applications foremployer recognition programs such as Great Place to Work, AnphabeBest Places to Work etc., including data collection, documentationpreparation, and internal coordination.· Support the planning and execution of career fairs,university events, and employer branding initiatives as required.· Track and stay informed of major career fairs andcampus recruitment events in Hai Phong, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City, andprovide recommendations on events that may enhance talent attraction and brandvisibility, especially in the north.· Research and propose relevant external workshops,seminars, networking events, or industry forums that align with the company’svalues and help strengthen employer brand recognition among potentialcandidates.Sourcing, Onboarding& Orientation· Assist in sourcing and identifying potentialcandidates for open positions across both northern and southern regions throughsocial media, university networks, and other platforms.· Contribute to revamping onboarding and orientationprograms by coordinating orientation sessions and gathering feedback from newemployees to continuously improve the onboarding experience, proposing engagingorientation materials, and supporting the creation and distribution of welcomekits.· Assist in formatting and editing P&C policies anddocuments as assigned to ensure a professional, consistent, and user- friendlypresentation.Operations &Services· Assist with preparing payment requisitions andsupporting documentation for P&C- related expenses such as training,recruitment activities, and employer branding initiatives.· Coordinate with internal departments to ensurepayments and administrative processes are completed accurately and withinrequired deadlines.· Provide general administrative support to the P&Cteam to ensure smooth day- to- day operations.Job Requirements: Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communications, Psychology, English, or other social science subjects; OR a recent graduate from a reputable university or college with a degree in one of the above fields and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Available for a full- time internship of at least six months. Demonstrate a strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development. Possesses good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal. Detail- oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable working in a cross- cultural and multinational environment.Base in HCMcSales Internship:To support the Industrial Leasing team in business development, client engagement, pitch preparation, site visits, and marketing activities. The role will assist in servicing English and Chinese speaking clients, conduct market research, and support leasing execution to enhance lease occupancy and tenant relationships.Job Responsibilities:Assist in preparation of pitch decks, leasing proposals, and marketing materials.Support coordination and organization of client meetings and site visits.Provide English–Chinese translation support during meetings and communications.Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, networking events, and promotional activities.Assist in market research on industrial properties, rental benchmarks, and competitor analysis.Update leasing pipeline, CRM records, and internal reports.Support follow- up communication with tenants, brokers, and consultants.Job Requirements:Final- year student or recent graduate in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).Good PowerPoint and Excel skills.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proactive, detail- oriented, and eager to learn.Interest in industrial real estate and manufacturing sector is an advantage.Base in Hanoi, with potential travels to neighboring province
