Fresher/Junior Content Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop branding content that strengthens the company’s positioning as a trusted offshore software development partner.
Produce and maintain marketing and sales materials such as company profiles, service brochures, capability presentations, case studies, and website content.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and management) to gather insights and transform them into clear and professional marketing content.
Plan and produce content for company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, website, and other platforms) including technology insights, company updates, and industry topics.

REQUIREMENTS

Basic understanding of the technology or software development industry is preferred.
Experience creating content for LinkedIn, websites, or digital marketing channels.
Experience in IT outsourcing / software development companies (ITO) is a plus.Ability to research technical topics and convert them into clear and engaging content.
At least 1 year of experience in Content Marketing, Marketing Executive, or a similar role.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or productivity is a plus.
Strong English writing skills, especially for professional or B2B audiences.

Manage and update employee records, HR documents, and labor contracts.
Support daily HR and administrative operations.
Assist in organizing internal events, company activities, and team- building programs.

Support purchasing activities and manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets.

REQUIREMENTS
