Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role for a Graphic Designer Trainee. The Graphic Designer Trainee will be responsible for creating visual content that upholds the hotel&039;s branding standards. Day- to- day tasks will include designing graphics for marketing materials, following branding guidelines, and working on promotion projects. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with various departments to produce high- quality visual content that aligns with Sheraton Hanoi West&039;s brand image.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Attend key meetings
Maintain developed artwork library in Sales & Marketing Share drive
Develop media communication tool, e- flyers, printing flyers, Guest contact printing items based on Brand Standard directed by the Director of Marcom or Senior Graphic Designer
Co- ordinate hotel brand standards collateral
Assist with promotions (eg seasonal sales promotions and special events)
Support Marketing Communications team upon hotel photography shoots/talent

Qualifications

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with foundational skills in AI & Pts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Please note that this is an unpaid internship opportunity, ideal for individuals seeking 2–3 months of hands- on experience and industry exposure
Acceptable command of English language
0- 1 year of experience in Graphic Design. Fresh Graduate or college students are welcome to apply
