JOB DESCRIPTION
· Workwith HR to relay internal communications to team members
· Maintainvendor and supplier databases
· Workwith HR to assist with government licensing, renewals, and inspections
· Helpwith onboarding of new hires (documents, orientation)
· Coordinatewith kitchen and operation manager for supply needs
· Followup on maintenance issues (AC, plumbing, electrical, wastage)
· Organizeand file supplier invoices, receipts, and purchase orders
· Dealwith suppliers, service providers, and local authorities
· Workwith HR to track visa, work permit, or insurance expiry dates of InternationalStaff
· Manageand maintain employee timesheets (attendance, leaves, contracts)
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates with experience in purchasing andadministration in the restaurant and hotel environment are preferred.
- Availability of after- hours support upon request.
- Good English because you will work directly withforeigners.
- Strong Communication skills
- Hard- working, agile, progressive and able to withstandwork pressure.
