[HN] Phó Quản lý Bộ phận Ẩm thực - Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Coordinate closely with related departments to implement promotions, events and guest experience initiatives.
Supervise, train and develop F&B associates to ensure efficient operations and high service standards.
Monitor operating costs, inventory and resource utilization to support cost control and operational efficiency.
Assist the Director of F&B and Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars and banquet services.
Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of operational and business activities to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction are maintained in accordance with hotel and brand standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, occupational safety and hotel operational policies and procedures.
Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain service excellence.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with supervisory or management experience in hospitality preferred.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office; hotel system knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
Good understanding of F&B operations, service standards and cost control principles.
