JOB DESCRIPTION

Handle end- to- end customs clearance processes for import andexport shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodiesand internal teams for efficient and timely clearance.
Resolve customs- related issues and provide exceptional customerservice by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving anyclearance issues
Review customs documentation, classify goods according to customsregulations, declare customs declaration form and determine duty rates and taxliabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong interpersonal and problem- solving skills
At least 2 years of work experience in Customs, Import- Export
Proficiency in customs clearance software and online customsportal
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC
Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with strongaccuracy & attention to detail
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and tradecompliance
Customs professional certificate issued by Customs Department ispreferrable
