[HO] - IT Network & System Management Specialist

- Install, configure and maintain network hardware (Firewalls, Switches, Routers) and wireless solution (Wi- Fi).
- Administer and monitor server environment (Windows/Linux).
- Execute periodically checking for device, network line, backup status.
- Assist in Datacenter operation.
- Maintain an accurate IT Inventory (Network devices/Servers/Software).
- Ensure all systems comply with IT security policies and industry standards.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues related to network connectivity and system performance.
- Troubleshoot hardware failure and security threats.
- Develop and update technical documentation
- Collaborate on infrastructure project such as office expansions.
- Manage and implement technical controls required by ISO 27001 and PCI DSS
