Drive upselling to increase revenue
Report operational updates to the Manager
Supervise daily shifts and ensure service procedures meet standards
Assign shifts and coordinate team members
Track daily/shift revenue
Control costs and manage inventory/materials
Handle customer issues and complaints effectively
Evaluate team performance and support staff development
Coordinate with other departments (FO, HK, Kitchen)
Train new staff (service standards, SOPs, upselling)
Monitor food, beverage, and service quality
Yêu cầu công việc
Good command of spoken English
Strong communication and problem- solving skills
Ability to manage and lead a team
Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B (Supervisor/Leader experience is a plus)
Willing to work shifts (rotating shifts, weekends, holidays)
