Holiday Inn Resort - Director of Housekeeping

The Director of Housekeeping ensures the department is fully structured, resourced, and ready to support the hotel&039;s opening and long- term operational success.
During pre- opening, this role leads manpower planning, departmental budgeting, OS&E procurement, linen and uniform programs, housekeeping policies and procedures, quality assurance standards, and coordination with owners, corporate teams, and the General Manager.
The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for the overall housekeeping strategy, operational setup, quality standards, and department readiness for the hotel.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Have knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and guest service operations.
Have 5–7 years of experience in rooms division roles.
