Evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.
Design and implement training programs aligned with hotel standards.
Conduct onboarding training and continuous learning sessions.
Support talent development and succession planning strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or Hospitality fields.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Have 5+ years of experience in learning and development roles.
Have knowledge of training design, LMS systems, and competency frameworks.
