Table Management: Efficiently plan seating charts, organize reservations, and expertly operate the table management system.
Service & Satisfaction: Liaise with guests to monitor satisfaction, proactively address issues, and quickly involve a manager when necessary.
Guest Experience: Greet, seat, and escort guests according to Dusit Standards. Present menus and ensure a positive first and last impression.
Team Support: Monitor service personnel grooming standards. Attend required daily meetings and participate in training to improve service quality.
Other Duties: Perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Operational Readiness: Control and maintain sufficient operating equipment/supplies. Ensure the host stand, dining room, and entry areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained (temperature, lighting, etc.).

Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.
Knowledgeable in various kinds of food and beverage.
Minimum education of Vocational diploma in any discipline.
Computer literate.
Minimum of 1 year in hospitality business. Fresh graduate is welcome.
