- Supporting work permit and visa applications for foreign employees working at the Company.
- Supporting teambuilding activities, parties, and internal events as assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Managing monthly attendance records, check- in/check- out, and overtime.
- Supporting other ad- hoc HR operations such as employee performance evaluations, compensation and benefits, and employee welfare.
- Supporting recruitment activities, including CV screening, posting job advertisements on recruitment websites, scheduling interviews with candidates, and tracking the end- to- end recruitment process.
- Handling tasks related to social insurance, including social insurance procedures and benefit payments for employees.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR–Admin role, with solid knowledge of payroll processing and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in handling work permits and visas for foreign employees.
- Strong ability to stay focused; able to work efficiently, carefully, and with a high level of integrity.
- Willingness to support and handle general administrative tasks as required.
- Good understanding of Labor Law and Social Insurance Law.
