Key Responsibilities
Policy Management & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour law and internal regulations
Propose continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes
Assist in establishing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations
Coordinate with legal, finance and other teams for cross functional HR requirements
HR operations Management
Support HR Manager in HR projects, organizational development, and system implementation
Assist for annual salary review, promotion, and adjustment processes
Review labour contract, payroll (input & output) and reports for accuracy and compliance, and submit to HR Manager for approval
Oversee recruitment activities to ensure timely and quality hiring
Build recruitment processes, standards, and employer branding foundation
Coordinate and guide HR staffs in daily HR operations
Supervise the recruitment, C&B, training and HR administration activities
Support the development and implementation of performance management systems
Employee relation and Communication
Collaborate with the labour union to negotiate welfare policies and organize employee engagement activities
Consult employee concerns, reward/discipline case and conflict resolution
Training & Development
Identify competency gaps and recommend development solutions
Support career development and succession planning
Support planning & organizational training programs (orientation, skills, leadership…)
Support for evaluating training effectiveness
Report & Management Support
Support to manage HR projects (restructuring, digitization, talent management…)
Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly…)
Consolidate HR data, prepare analytical reports, support KPI tracking and dashboards
Represent HR Manager in meetings for information sharing and coordination purposes only, without decision- making or approval authority
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR, including Team Supervision position
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax Law
Skills:
Leadership, communication and problem- solving skills
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labour law and HR practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong English skills, Korean ability is preferred
Working Location: Lot F4, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (before: BRVT province)
