In charge of HR general, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management under assigned scope.
Talent Acquisition
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and support their transition into the organization.
Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, test (if any), interviewing, and hiring…following Recruitment Policy.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
Support in employer branding when needed
Talent Development
Monitor training program according to assignment from line manager.
Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
Maintain updated training record
Monitor training evaluation, feedback forms, action plans and follow- up
Employee Engagement
Promote a culture of recognition, collaboration, and inclusivity.
Conduct regular surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups to assess employee morale and needs.
Execute employee engagement programs aimed at improving workplace satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management
Support in the annual performance review process.
Ensure performance standards and KPIs are aligned with business objectives.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement, coaching, and feedback practices when needed.
Organizational Structure
Provide data- driven insights to support strategic HR and organizational decisions.
Maintain updated organizational charts, job descriptions, and role definitions.
HR Report
Maintain report up to date and ready for review
Conduct HR report as per assignment
Yêu cầu công việc
Good at design tool is an advantage.
Creativity as a problem solver and out of the box thinker.
Hard work, proactive, open minded, responsive, well organized, time management, cautious and honest.
Good at computer skill
Teamwork, high responsibility.
English level: Intermediate in 4 skills
Bachelor in Human Resources, Business & Administration Management preferred.
At least 3- year experience in the same role in FDI companies.
