Mô tả công việc
• Handle PIT (Personal Income Tax) calculation, declaration and finalization for employees
• Implementation of regimes related to subsidies from social insurance and health insurance
• Manage employee benefits programs such as insurance, bonuses, allowances, and other welfare policies
• Do timekeeping & payroll for insource & outsource manpower
• Manage and execute monthly payroll, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Independently lead key HR functions for one manufacturing factory of around 100 HCs
• Do general Admin task
• Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance regulations
• Perform the tasks as required by HR Manager
• Handle labor contracts, amendments, and related documentation • Support audits related to payroll, tax, and HR compliance
Yêu cầu công việc
• Working independently
• Possess comprehensive knowledge in Vietnamese Labor laws and human resource practices
• Bachelor’s degree in related field as in HR, Business Administration, Law, …
• Strong knowledge and hands- on experience in payroll, PIT, and insurance processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR position, with strong experience in C&B
• Good at English
