I/ Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Supporting
Coordinate payroll closing, review, and approval processes
Personal Income Tax (PIT) filing and finalizing
Follow attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and bonuses
Employee Support & Communication
Prepare, renew, track labour contracts, amendments, probation agreements and procedures related to labour contract termination: handling final compensation & benefits, company assets retrieval, etc.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements
Support internal HR audits and data request
Handle labour inspections and audits related to compensation and benefits
Prepare and submit statutory reports (PIT, SI, HI, UI) to authorities
Recruitment
Support recruitment of workers and other positions as requested
Company activities
Support events, company activities
Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

II/ Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing companies
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of recruitment, Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax Law
Skills:
Strong recruitment skill
Ability to transform raw data into HR cost reports and labour productivity insights
Attitude: Integrity, high level of confidentiality, and an innovative mindset
High attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy
