Position Overview
The Internal Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing internal communication and engagement campaigns to strengthen employee alignment with the hotel’s values, goals, and culture. This role enhances internal branding, supports HR initiatives, and ensures consistent messaging across departments to foster a connected and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communication
Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure staff receive timely and engaging information.
Develop and implement internal communication plans and content across various channels (email, bulletin boards, intranet, digital screens, etc.).
Coordinate internal announcements, newsletters, and event promotions.
Employee Engagement & Internal Campaigns
Promote participation in internal initiatives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the HR team to support onboarding and internal branding during training/orientation.
Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as recognition programs, staff birthdays, team- building events, CSR campaigns, etc.
Brand & Culture Alignment
Ensure internal communication reflects the hotel’s brand identity and core values.
Help drive a culture of positivity, professionalism, and collaboration among staff.
Produce internal marketing materials (posters, videos, signage, etc.) that reinforce company culture and goals.
Support for Hotel- wide Projects
Work with the MarCom or External Marketing teams to align messaging when needed.
Help prepare internal surveys and analyze feedback to improve staff morale and communication effectiveness.
Assist in the internal promotion of hotel campaigns, renovations, and service updates.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a service- oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and design.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in internal communication, marketing, or HR- related roles, preferably in hospitality.
