MISSION: We are looking for a strategic and hands- on HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring alignment with The company global standards and Vietnamese Labor Laws to support our business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting: Report directly to the Board of Directors/COO on HR metrics and department performance.
Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Policy Development: Review and improve internal regulations, salary scales, and benefit schemes to enhance employee engagement.
Operations Management: Oversee full- cycle HR functions including Recruitment, Training & Development, C&B, and Performance Management (KPIs).
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for reporting to Global HQ. Proficiency in Korean is a significant advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in large- scale Manufacturing or Korean companies.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem- solving skills. Deep understanding of Labor Law and HR best practices.
