- Organize staff performance assessment program.
- Implement HR policies and process.
- Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions.
- Solve problems about labor relation and disciplines.
- Maintain employees&039; records: personnel transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations.
- Build up the culture, image and environment of company.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies in company.
- Establish the structures of HR department.
- Ensure policies and procedures written in line with company.
- Manage and control the Company’s compensation and benefit policies, employee relations staffing, training, safety, labor relations and employment records, training courses, if any.

ESSENTAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, analyze and update company&039;s evaluation program as well as recommend personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain company directory and other organizational charts. Possess excellent decision- making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills. Beyond these traits, HR manager must be well- educated in their field of expertise.
- Maintain and revise the company&039;s handbook on policies and procedures. Perform benefits administration
- Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department. Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems.
- Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
- Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads. Conduct new employees orientations and relations counseling.
- Oversee exit interviews. Maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative and operational staff meetings.
- Implement and revise company&039;s compensation program. Create and revise job descriptions. Conduct annual salary surveys.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES
- English: Level C (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing well).
- Strong leadership skills and problem solving.
- At least 5 years of working experience in HR Department in a factory.
- Computer: Microsoft Office.
- Must have at least Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts.in Human Resources Management OR Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with concentration in one of the following: Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Management & leadership, Industrial Relations.
