Key Responsibilities and not limited the following:

Conduct Risk Assessment to Identify and assess occupational risks specific and propose preventive and corrective measures.
Conduct HSE Inspections and Audits to windfarms to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with GWI HSE requirements.
Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure company operations do not harm the local environment or wildlife.
Coordinate Monthly Country HSE/Carbon Account System reports to Asia HSE function team.
Develop and Implement Country HSE Policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide HSE Training, HSE Awareness, HSE programs and HSE campaigns on HSE issues for all employees.
Coordinate with project managers for HSE matters and coordinate risk prevention activities.
Develop Emergency Response and ensure all staff are trained and aware of these protocols.
Conduct Incident Investigation, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Working Location: Bolikhamxay, Laos.

Skills and Qualifications:

NEBOSH certification or relevant certification ISO 45001, 18001, 14001
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Having 5+ HSE experience required.
Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
In- depth knowledge of Local HSE regulations and international standards.
