Work with overseas offices/agents on sending and receiving documents
Create and update costing and billing into the system
Prepare documents (D/O, arrival notice…), upload cargo manifest to customs system, release related documents and ensure smooth cargo delivery
Update shipment status into the system
Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/General Manage
Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner
Check all relevant documents, debit note, credit notes, house bill of lading, master bill of lading, cargo manifest,… for accuracy
Yêu cầu công việc
From 1 year experience in logistics/freight forwarding/import – Export.
Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese is a plus
Working experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
College or Bachelor&039;s degree in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import – Export/ Logistics (a noterized degree is required)
Attention to detail with a teamwork spirit
Able to work under pressure; good time management skills
Quyền lợi
Working hours: 8:00- 17:00 Mon- Fri; 8:00- 12:00 Sat (every other week)

Commission divided according to regulations, salary and bonus payment on time
Probation: 2- month probation
Full salary social insurance; Participate in all types of insurance according to state regulations
Days off: 14 days off/year for staff level
