International Procurement & Tender Specialist

Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and manage international suppliers
Organize and execute tendering processes, prepare bidding documents, and evaluate bids
Handle procurement of equipment and materials for business operations
Source, evaluate, and develop international suppliers
Conduct cost analysis and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in international sourcing or tendering
Fluent English in business communication and negotiation
Bachelor in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, International Economics, Engineering, International Trade or related fields
Understanding of Incoterms, UCP, and international trade law
Understanding of conditions/regulations related to cargo importation and customs procedures
Cost analysis and compliance mindset
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical equipment procurement
Problem Solving
International payment methods (L/C, T/T)
