IT Manager

Ensure all resort database is backed up periodically.
Ensure all operating procedures are properly implemented within your department.
The job details will be discussed during interview process.
Coordinate and review all hardware and software systems to ensure they have the proper maintenance contracts with the proper parties, schedules of maintenance are adhered to and the systems are working well after maintenance.
Maintain the inventory of Computer Hardware and its specification.
Ensure the operation is equipped with adequate hardware and software, in order to obtain efficiency in workflow.
Be responsible for ensuring that physical support systems are maintained inadequately secured environments and that all files are safe and protected at all times.
Review and modify operating manuals within your department as required.
Be responsible for guaranteeing that all databases and information systems within the Resort are performing at optimum efficiency levels.
Provide ongoing communication to all areas within your division regarding policies, programs, and procedures.
Maintain a schedule of periodic audits of Resort computers to check for unauthorized use or unapproved software.
Develop and oversee all functions of the IT Department.
Maintain current licenses related to IT.
Report to BODs any special projects required to enhance the reporting requirements in the Hotel.
Develop the annual budget and target for areas under your supervision.

• Experience with pre- opening projects
• Time management skills through tasks prioritizing to meet the deadline.
• At least 05 years of experience in the same position at 5 star hotels and resorts
• Computer proficiency on Words, Excel, Power Point
• Experience with Smile system
• Being energetic, creative, self- motivated and able to work under high pressure
• Good at English both speaking and writing
