Create, modify and delete user accounts of hotel applications (Opera, Micros, Material Control, A- Club, E- Pay, and Sun) for hotel users.
Provide first- level support for PC, server, and end- user IT issues
Troubleshoot IT issues for both staff and in- house hotel guests
Ensure stable and efficient operation of hotel IT infrastructure
Support and administer Windows Servers, including database backup and optimization
Coordinate with all departments to support daily IT requirements
Make an Opera backup & print reports of backup; to deliver a backup tape weekly, yearly to Central Plaza.
Assist with IT setup, system access, and onboarding of new users
Perform other duties as maybe assigned by IT Manager from time to time
Monitor system performance through regular health checks and capacity analysis
Comply with hotel safety, emergency procedures, and professional standards
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and IT systems

Eye for details, can work under pressure and get the job done;
Students with IT major is a plus.
English and computer proficiency;
Willing to learn, creative, good attitude;
Well- presented and professionally groomed at all times.
