Managing account:
Develop and maintain database of major markets. Trace files for direct contact and/or mailings.
Organize annual mailings to customers in selected markets to achieve monthly target (occupancy, average room rate, revenue)
Manage key clients accounts
Implement marketing campaigns, organize event; conduct marketing research; manage promotions and other marketing responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for account Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and develop sales for the hotel
Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue
Managing relationship:
Maintains close liaison with other department to ensure the productive departmental performance and budget
Supports the company&039;s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience and native culture.
Handles complex network with significant account potential as well as significant customer expectations.
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- At least 3- year experiences at the same position in Hospitality or Service Industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
