[JHC0037980] LEGAL LEADER (Residential Real Estate)

Join a foreign- invested real estate developer and lead all corporate and project- based legal activities for residential and urban development projects.

Support management with legal risk assessment and project documentation.
Other details will be discussed via interview.
Provide legal counsel to ensure full compliance with local law and relevant regulations.
Oversee all legal matters including corporate, project investment, and construction- related legal issues (especially apartment projects for FDI enterprises).

Experience in residential/condominium projects is highly preferred.
Fluent in English and local language, both spoken and written.
At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
In- depth knowledge of corporate and project law, with proven experience in real estate and urban development.
Proactive, analytical, and detail- oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB/LLM); Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
