Junior Network Engineer (Telecom Industry)

Conduct root- cause analysis for technical issues in coordination with other technical teams;
IPTP global network monitoring
Server assembling /termination /troubleshooting;
Ensure proper tracking and following up of all cases until their resolution;
Develop insights from multiple data sources and advocate for actions that benefit both the customer and business outcomes;
Assist in managing local office infrastructure in Vietnam;
Understand customer issues and develop necessary actions across different teams to ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction; escalate it to required departments if needed;
Manage requests from internal and external clients and resolve it on company system;
Remote hands assistance;
Handle request cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow ups are done in a timely manner;
Fulfill duties/tasks assigned on ERP and RT system in a timely manner;
Network equipment support and configuration;
Hardware inventory management, documentation handling;
Maintain accurate customer documents and prepare reports for all issues and resolutions;

Good practical knowledge of Networking (CCNA level)
Problem solving abilities, attention to details.
Basic knowledge, experience Linux / Windows .
Good English communication.
Ability to work independently / cooperate with the team.
Ability to work under pressure / multitask.

Able to work night shifts
