Kids Lounge supervisor

- Plan and deliver engaging, safe activities for children while maintaining compliance with policies.
- Support the Team Leader and manage Kids Lounge attendants, including training and scheduling.
- Supervise daily operations of the Kids Loungeand ensure high levels of guest and child satisfaction.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of all Kids Lounge areas and equipment.
- Manage guest interactions, registrations, and handle feedback or concerns professionally.

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum 1- 2 years of Kids Lounge supervisor in a 3- 5- star hotel.
- Good communication in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Ability to resolve guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
