• Assists with the preparation, presentation, decoration and storage of the following dishes
• Assists the effective presentation of staff meals and maintaining the staff dining room in a clean and hygienic manner
• Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
• Ensure that all butchering equipment, including but not limited to countertops, cutting boards, sharpeners, etc., is in proper operational condition and is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.
• Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
• Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes

• Basic communication in English
• Students of Intermediate Schools, Vocational schools, Colleges and Universities who wish to practice/practice related skills in the field of Hotel
• Dynamic, hard- working, creative and passionate about success
• No experience required
• Communication skills, interacting with guests, colleagues and demonstrating the standards of the resort, the brand and the company.
Quyền lợi
Meals: 3 meals/day at cafeteria
Internship allowance: 2.500.000- 5.000.000 vnd /month
Air ticket allowance: Fully paid when completing 3 months and above of internship program.
Accommodation: shared 2 pax/room at Staff house
Provide information, data supporting for internship report (including company stamp)
