Lab Technician (Team Leader)

Manage activities in lab test rooms, control operators, tool test status, and test results.
- Manage and assign tasks for 20- 40 operators.
- Train and audit operator about test skill.
- Control material in shift- Risk assessment in test area.
- Record tool test issue and make test report.

Knowledge: Can use measurement equipment (caliper, oscilloscope, dial indicator, force gauge, digital torque)- Knowledge on power tool
Education: College in Engineering
Experience: Minimum 02 years experience for Manufacturing company (leader position)
Specialized Skills: Employee management- Office computing skill- Communication skill- Problem solving skill
Other Skill: Basic English (reading, writing)
