Lead and manage the overall Sales Administration operations for the Audio category to ensure:
Close monitoring and optimization of sell- in, sell- out, and promotion performance
Smooth cross- functional collaboration between Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, Accounting, and Distributors
Accurate business data management and reporting
Effective operational support for the Sales team
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration Operations Management (35%):
Lead and manage the Sales Admin team, including daily task allocation and performance follow- up
Standardize and continuously improve internal operational processes
Ensure service level agreements (SLA) are maintained for Sales teams and customers
Monitor and control the processing of POs, contracts, pricing, claims, rebates, and receivables
Coordinate with cross- functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
Business Reporting & Analysis (30%)
Track sales KPIs by channel, product model, customer, and Sales team
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data
Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
Develop and manage reporting systems for Sell- in, Sell- out, Inventory, Forecast, and Promotion Performance
Sales Support & Promotion Execution (20%)
Support Sales and Brand teams in forecasting and business planning
Monitor promotion program execution and support incentive/rebate calculations
Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and promotional programs
Monitor stock aging, allocation, and product availability
Systems Management & Process Improvement (15%)
Train team members on operational processes and reporting standards
Propose automation initiatives and reporting optimization solutions
Improve efficiency in the use of ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools
Standardize operational templates and management dashboards
Job Requirement
Experience
Preferred industries: Audio, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail, or Distribution
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Administration, or Business Support
At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge & Skills
Strong Excel and data management skills
Problem- solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
Strong analytical and business reporting capabilities
Good task management and prioritization skills
Strong cross- functional communication and coordination skills
Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus
