Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Partner with HR, product, and engineering teams to stay aligned with company goals and ensure training initiatives are closely tied to business objectives.
Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to identify training gaps, key skills needed, and areas for employee growth.
Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest learning methodologies, tech advancements, and training tools to ensure the programs remain cutting- edge.
Curriculum Development: Design and develop training programs, including workshops, online learning modules, and in- house seminars. Content should address both technical (e.g., coding, software tools) and soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership).
Learning Management System (LMS): Manage and update the company’s LMS, ensuring courses are up- to- date and employees have easy access to relevant training resources.
Employee Support: Provide ongoing support to employees post- training to address questions, offer additional resources, and ensure knowledge retention.
Evaluation & Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics to ensure learning outcomes are met and make adjustments as needed.
Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions, either in- person or virtually, using a variety of methods including lectures, group discussions, hands- on practice, and real- world case studies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
Ability to adapt training programs to different learning styles and technological levels.
Strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g., coding languages, software tools, IT infrastructure) with the ability to convey them in an easily digestible format.
Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and apply continuous improvement strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the tech industry.
Experience designing and delivering both in- person and virtual training programs.
