Learning & Development Director

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data- driven metrics and implement improvements based on findings
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and learning partners to enhance the organization&039;s training capabilities
Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost- effective solutions and ROI
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new methodologies and technologies as appropriate
Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organization&039;s mission, vision, and objectives
Lead and inspire a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Partner with People & Culture and other departments to integrate L&D initiatives with talent management and succession planning processes
Design and oversee the implementation of cutting- edge training programs, including e- learning, classroom- based, and blended learning solutions

Familiarity with emerging trends in corporate training and development
Excellent project management, budgeting, and financial management skills
Experience in talent management and organizational development
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e- learning authoring tools
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and instructional design
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to measure training effectiveness and ROI
Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Proven track record in strategic planning and execution of large- scale learning initiatives
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master&039;s degree preferred
Experience of working in Vietnam is a must
10+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
