Learning & Development Manager/ Training Manager

Assess training needs across departments and design impactful learning solutions.
Support leaders in coaching, performance improvement, and succession planning.
Coordinate all pre- opening training programs: orientation, service culture, soft skills, departmental training, etc.
Develop and implement the hotel’s training roadmap aligned with Accor standards and brand values.
Build a strong learning culture that inspires continuous growth and guest- centric excellence.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong leadership, communication, and cross- cultural skills.
Solid knowledge of training design, facilitation, and adult learning principles.
Experience in pre- opening is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality or luxury service industry.
