- Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents, release information to authorized individuals.
- Resolve safety hazard situations. Handle all interruptions and complaints.
- Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access.
- Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws.
- Provide proper paperwork to employees.
- Gather information and complete reports.
- Escort unwelcome persons from the property.
- Call for assistance using proper code responses.
- Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit.
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems. Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
- Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.

Good command of English communication

Computer literate, knowledge of PMS
Energetic, friendly, flexible, motivated and able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree/certificate in a related major and 2- 3 working experience, especially in hospitality
Good communication and training skills
Good time management skills
The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
