Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Identify target markets and develop campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Develop annual marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and marketing expenditures.
Brand Management
• Maintain compliance with Banyan Group brand guidelines.
• Oversee production of marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.
• Protect and strengthen the positioning of Laguna Lăng Cô as a luxury integrated resort destination.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Be responsible for Destination Marketing team’s operation
• Digital Marketing
Lead digital marketing initiatives including:
Develop digital campaigns to generate room bookings, villa sales leads, golf bookings, and resort experiences.
Website content management
SEO and SEM campaigns
Monitor website performance and conversion metrics.
Email marketing
Social media advertising
• Social Media & Content
Develop monthly content calendars.
Oversee content creation including:
Photography
Videography
Storytelling
Copywriting
Manage social media platforms:
YouTube
TikTok
Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
Ensure timely community engagement and reputation management.
• Public Relations (PR)
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Local media
KOLs
Influencers
National media
Prepare:
Media kits
Press releases
Organize:
Influencer stays
Media visits
Press trips
• Event & Partnership Marketing
Support planning and promotion of:
Festivals
Resort events
Golf tournaments
Residence showcases
Seasonal campaigns
• Internal Communication
Assist HR with internal events and CSR activities.
Coordinate communication initiatives across departments.
• Revenue Support
Work closely with Sales teams to:
Support occupancy targets
Increase in ancillary revenue
Drive direct bookings
Generate qualified leads

• Digital marketing expertise
• Strategic marketing planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public ralations, or related field.
• Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications
• Luxury hospitality, resort, tourism, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
• Social media management
