Marketing Executive

♡ What you’ll be doing
• Collaborate with KOLs, KOCs, and celebrities end- to- end from outreach and negotiation to contracts, content approval, and briefing
• Show up at events to make it happen with the team.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets with external partners (suppliers, production houses, studios, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal team to produce quarterly photoshoots, from concept to on- set execution
• Lead visual direction for brand e- commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada), including campaign banners, product displays, thumbnails during key promotion periods
• Plan and curate monthly social content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads), ensuring every post feels aesthetic, on- trend, and aligned with campaigns, promotions, and classes
• Turn ideas into clear briefs for graphic designers

♡ Who you are
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Canva
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Graduated from university
