3 Phases to Grow with Us:

Phase 2: Associate Media Executive (3 months) – Work on real client projects and gain hands- on experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns – Allowance: 8,000,000 VND/month (gross)
The TIA (Training Investment Agreement) is signed at the trainee level but becomes effective for a 12- month period starting from the official contract commencement date.
Phase 1: Media Trainee (3 months) – Participate in foundation- to- reality training and support digital campaign execution – Allowance: 6,000,000 VND/month (gross)
Phase 3: Media Executive – Full- time role with opportunities to manage and optimize campaigns independently – Competitive salary based on performance

Phase 4: Offer
Phase 3: 2nd Interview with Head of Department
Phase 1: Application & Entrance Test
Phase 2: 1st Interview with Functional Manager
The test will be sent to applicants within approximately 24 hours after submitting the application. Please make sure to check your email regularly.
Candidates will have 3 days from the time of receiving the test to complete it.
The test duration is 45 minutes.

JOB DETAILS:

Media Execution: (80%)

Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.
Responsible for the execution, the day to day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
Developing a dashboard to monitor performance, optimize spending, identify trends, and communicate insights with stakeholders (project team/ clients)
Accountable for managing and ensuring the day- to- day operation and execution of search, social, and display advertising campaigns. (with instructions of LM)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,…)

Report & Analytics: (20%)

Create campaign reports to extract valuable insights for upcoming campaigns.
Proficiency in conducting thorough data analysis to uncover root causes and insights, formulating hypotheses, and rigorously testing them, with the goal of generating positive outcomes for projects and earning high regard from clients.
