KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly and effectively to any guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies.
Coordinate and support all operating departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, etc.) to ensure seamless overnight service.
Take full charge of resort operations during night hours in the absence of senior management.
Be the point of contact for emergency situations including medical issues, fire alarms, or other critical incidents.
Conduct regular night audits and security rounds across the property to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
Prepare nightly reports and handovers to the morning management team.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong leadership, problem- solving, and decision- making abilities.
Knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures is a plus.
Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within a hotel/resort.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
