Merchandise Planning Executive

Stock Consolidation
- Monitor shipment dates, good receiving to do first allocation for new launch SKUs to store, following aligned launching schedule
- Coordinate defects/repairs and shipment errors claims
- Run weekly inventory reports to monitor sale performance
- Coordinate stock movement between regions; between stores and warehouses
- Maintain stock data on a weekly basis and ensure data accuracy; timely uploading onto Brand Principal System
Data Manage
- Neatly manage all necessary Historical Data relate to Sales, Stock, Shipments
- Working closely with the team member and IT to ensure all the data is consistent and accurately
Others
- Other Tasks assign by Brand Manager/ MP Manager/MP Supervisor
- Market research about Competitors
- Collect feedback about merchandise from all related teams

- Excel skill: Intermediate.
- Logical thinking, teamwork and able to withstand high work pressure
- Experience in Fashion Retail will be considered as an advantage
- English: Communicate level
