Merchandising Executive

Handle development process: tech pack → sampling → approval
Track production status, coordinate with Planning, Production, QA
Ensure materials readiness and resolve issues (delay, shortage, quality)
Work with R&D, sample room, and suppliers to develop materials and samples
Prepare costing and follow up material sourcing
Communicate with customers on sample status, comments, and revisions
Prepare and maintain documents (BOM, spec, order, shipment)
Monitor delivery timeline and ensure on- time shipment
Receive and manage orders (PO), ensure all information is aligned

Able to manage multiple styles/orders
Fluent English in both speaking and writing (a must)
Good understanding of materials, construction, and production flow
Strong communication and coordination skills
3–5+ years in Merchandising (garment or bags)
Experience in development + production follow- up
