Perform analysis, design, offer solutions and document customer requirements
Carry out the transfer of requests to the development team and clarify the business aspects throughout the development process required.
Carry out acceptance test for the product after developing customer requests
Contact directly with domestic customers to exchange requests or clarify customer requirements

Education background: Graduated from College or University majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT- related fields.
At least 4 years work experiences business analysis
Nice to have: CCBA, experiences with banking domain.
Understand UML for system modeling and tools used for design mockup
Good at writing SRS documents
Understanding of the software development process
