Who we are looking for
Professional Background
For fresh graduates: GPA from 7.0/10 or 2.8/4.0 in majors such as HR, Business, Economics, Law, Accounting, or related fields
For experienced candidates: work experience less than 2 years
English proficiency demonstrated by a valid certificate: IELTS ≥ 6.0 or TOEIC ≥ 700 (with Speaking & Writing ≥ 120) or TOEFL iBT ≥ 65
Personal Qualities:
Passionate in HR
Execution excellence with strong attention to detail
Business acumen and client- focused mindset
High data literacy
Proactive can- do attitude and strong growth mindset
