Advise on product selection and promotions to drive sales.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Engage with customers via chat, email, and social media.
Customer Support:
Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
REQUIREMENTS
Problem- solving mindset and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English
HCM location only- you will be required to come office if need
Prior experience in customer service, e- commerce, or hospitality preferred
Fast typing & multitasking capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
