Manage incoming and outgoing shipment together with buying team.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to keep track of projects schedule and manage projects effectively
Maintain good customer relationship and active in looking for new sales opportunity for current customer base.
Take initiative in managing new projects relating NPI process, RFQ process, samples submission, and other customer requirements handling
Develop new project : quotation- sample
Preparation of sales report.
Tracking of customer’s Purchase Order, Sales Order, Delivery Order and payment.
Provide an up- to- date and accurate feedback on customer’s requirement and sales forecast.
Handling customer complaints, stock returns and warranty procedures.
Ensure on time delivery to customer.
Manage Purchase order and arrange production schedule , shipment and oversee billing and payments
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent in English/Chinese will be advantages.
Able to take work pressure from work.
Eager at learning and learning from doing.
Willing to travel.
Careful, well – organized, friendly, positive thinking, Hard – Working, responsible
Experience in Printing Packaging and/or manufacturing will be advantages.
Education: College/Bachelor’s degree is advantage.
Have 3 Years working experience in Customer Service Executive, Sales Admin- Support.
